Tinned Food Fish (salmon or tuna), baked beans, chopped tomatoes, vegetable soup, coconut milk, vegetables (especially peas), lentils, chick peas, beans, sweetcorn..
Dried Goods Rice (basmati preferred), bulgar, couscous, pasta (penne preferred), flour, lentils, onion powder, spices: cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, chicken seasoning, garam masala.
Snacks and Drinks Biscuits, instant coffee, squashes and juices (long life), long life milk, tea bags (not loose tea).
Toiletries for men and women Disposable razors, shaving foam/gel, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap, deodorant, nail-clippers, pocket tissues, toothbrushes, toothpaste.
Equipment & Clothing Sleeping bags, backpacks, new socks (men’s and ladies), new men’s underwear.
Items for the Upper Room Eco-friendly disposable cutlery, bleach, anti- bacterial all-purpose cleaning spray, disinfectant, rubber gloves, latex/ hygiene gloves (large/medium size), strong black garbage and bin liner sacks (large), washing up liquid, sponges for kitchen (large), kitchen rolls (catering size preferably), toilet rolls, Milton steriliser, toilet cleaner, toilet bowl rim blocks, toilet cistern blocks, cling film and tin foil (catering size preferably), oven cleaner, paper napkins (small), .
