On Monday January 1st at 4:30pm in St Michael & All Angels Church, A Viennese New Year at St Michael’s is a concert with David Juritz’s newly formed Tritsch-Tratsch Sinfonia and Milly Forrest, Sandy Burnett and Mark Viner, including music by the Strauss family, Franz Lehar and more + Father Kevin Morris as a special guest. Tickets £20; 18 and under £5; Family ticket £45 (2 x adults and two x 18 and under). Details and tickets.

We’re starting 2024 in style with a Viennese New Year concert at St Michael and All Angels church in Chiswick on 1 January.
It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years so I’m thrilled that it’s finally happening.

Our programme will feature the wonderful award-winning soprano, Milly Forrest, bassist and presenter, Sandy Burnett, and a very special guest, Father Kevin Morris, for a programme of Viennese classics.
I’ve gathered a group of my favourite musicians to form the Tritsch-Tratsch Sinfonia and we’ll be playing the Fledermaus Overture, Wiener Blut, Pizzicato Polka and, of course, the Blue Danube.
Milly will sing arias by Strauss, Lehar and Gounod, and Father Kevin will be displaying his prowess as a multi-instrumentalist.
The concert, which starts at 4:30pm, will raise funds for two local charities, The Upper Room and St Michael and All Angels.
Standard tickets are £20, £5 for 18 and under, and £45 for a family ticket for two adults and two children.
