At 7pm, Ryan Vaughan Davies will give a 45 minute recital accompanied by Lucy Colquhoun, including some of his favourite songs and arias.

Welsh tenor Ryan Vaughan Davies is currently studying his Masters at the Royal College of Music with Professor Russell Smythe. He is the Ivor Llewelyn Foster Scholar generously supported by the Monika Saunders Award.

Highlight performances include the last night of the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, singing for the Queen of Norway at the GriegHallen and performing in an all-star cast at the Royal Festival Hall. Ryan made his professional Operatic debut as Second Priest in Longborough Opera Festival. He has since worked with The Buxton International Festival, The Edinburgh International Festival, The Grange Festival and Garsington Opera. Ryan also enjoys singing on the concert platform with recent performances in the USA, Norway and made his debut performance at the Minnack theatre, Penzance in the summer. He looks forward to continuing his education at the Royal Academy of Music Opera School.
