FESTIVAL MASS at 11am
At 11am on Sunday June 27th it’s our annual Festival Mass. Mass setting: Haydn’s St Nicholas Mass.
Preacher: Fr Kevin Morris, Vicar.
Today’s Mass forms part of the Bedford Park Festival. Please note that tickets for the service must be booked here (free of charge) to control numbers.
It will also be live-streamed for you to join it at home.
We would normally have a full orchestra and chorus but these have been reduced in line with COVID restrictions.
As public worship has been restored, you are welcome to attend Mass once again at St Michael’s. We can only allow 80 people into Church for Mass, so please be patient and bear with us. If we reach this number we will be unable to accept further members of the congregation to that service, so you may wish to arrive early – or come to the 11am service.
Social Distancing will be in place within Church with anti-COVID measures in place for everyone’s safety. Mass will last for approximately 40 minutes and will be very similar to the live-streaming Masses we have become used to. If you still feel vulnerable, anxious or are shielding, you may want to attend the quieter weekday Masses instead.
Masses in this format will continue until further notice. Apologies that we are unable to offer Evensong at this time.
Our services are regularly being watched throughout the UK and overseas.
