Welcome to the Bedford Park Festival Online

For 54 years, St Michael & All Angels has organised the Bedford Park Festival, to bring the community together, celebrate the arts and raise money for the work of St Michael’s and its chosen charities. Because of the COVID-19 lockdown, we can’t meet in person this year, so we are holding the Festival online. Thank you to all the local media, performers, businesses, schools and volunteers who have made this possible.

The Festival is being hosted from the Bedford Park Festival Online website, with links to Chiswickbuzz.net and other digital platforms where events are taking place.

Green Days At Home will open the Festival, on June 13th and 14th 2020, raising money for our three charities and the work of St Michael & All Angels. There’s a Children’s Fancy Dress Photo Competition and a Football Skills competition; 29 Craft Fair exhibitors (click link to see the list); and Bandstand performances online. We are also sharing lots of photographs of 50 Years of Green Days, decade by decade, for our Spirit of Green Days competition.

The Bedford Park Festival photographic exhibitionwill take place this weekend, entirely online, and entries are now open. It is being run in partnership with The Chiswick Calendar. Read how to see the photos on their website. The Bedford Park Summer Exhibition of artworks is also being hosted by The Chiswick Calendar. Read how to see the artwork here.

We are also delighted to offer a wide range of ‘virtual’ events throughout the Festival fortnight – and are very grateful to all those taking part. The events are listed here, in the order they become active (so entries for competitions may appear before the date on which they actually take place).

Most Festival events are free to watch or take part in (and you don’t need to book these). But please express your appreciation by donating to St Michael & All Angels Church (which runs the Festival) and its three chosen charities. Read how to access the events and make Festival donations here.
