News & Events
St Michael & All Angels is busy throughout the year, as a community centre as well as a place of worship. Every month, there are concerts and events in the Church and Parish Hall, as well as regular classes and courses on everything from Scottish Country Dancing and Opera to Pilates and Yoga. Monday December 1st. St Michael's Advent Calendar and Christmas Appeal opens.
Wednesday December 3rd, 8pm, St Michael's Mothers' Union - St Michael's Parish Hall.
Tuesday December 9th, 7pm, St Michael & All Angels Junior Choir Christmas Concert in the Church - with seasonal music, solos and readings. All welcome.
Saturday December 13th, 6pm, the Hogarth Singers and Belmont Primary School Choir - Christmas Concert in the Church, including choir and audience carols.
Sunday December 14th, 7.30pm, Bach Cantatas - The West London Bach Players and Consort, conducted by Sandy Burnett. St Michael’s Church. Retiring collection for the Upper Room.
Thursday December 18th, 7.30pm, the Elysian Singers present A Christmas Century. A celebration of 100 years of Christmas music by one of the best chamber choirs.
Saturday December 20th, 10am to Noon, Christmas Tree Decoration and Children's Art Morning. Art Workshop in the Michael Room
Sunday December 21st, 6.30pm, Nine Lessons & Carols at St Michael & All Angels, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.
Christmas Eve, 4pm, the Children's Crib Service at St Michael's. Children are encouraged to dress as angels, kings and shepherds.
Christmas Eve, 11pm, Carols at the Church door
Christmas Eve, 11.55pm, Midnight Mass.
Christmas Day, 10am, the Christmas Eucharist, a service for all the family.
