Getting involved at St Michael’s

140 Years serving Christ in the Community

St Michael & All Angels is actively involved in the local community, not least through its charitable and artistic activities. These include the Bedford Park Festival which it organises every June, and the Chiswick Book Festival in September. You can read more in our weekly Newsletter and sign up to receive it.

Its modern Parish Hall is used by local schools during term time and provides a centre for many community events, including lectures, receptions, courses and classes. Many members of the congregation take part in a wide range of community and charitable activities, often using their professional skills in areas such as finance, the law, catering, communications and music.

We welcome new helpers, for our Festivals and other events as well as our worship and church activities. To find out how you might like to be involved, please look at other pages in this section or contact the Parish Office.

To become more involved in the work of St Michael’s, and be able to vote in our Annual Parochial Church Meeting, please sign up for our Electoral Roll here: Application for Enrolment on the Church Electoral Roll 2019. Please note that you may be registered on the Electoral Roll of more than one church, subject to Rule 4 here.

And please consider joining our Planned Giving scheme. We are holding a Planned Giving appeal, hoping that more parishioners will commit to regular giving, to ensure that we can cover all the regular costs of our clergy and church. Regular giving also helps our PCC to budget effectively and keep track of our money.
